We brought an accusation against Xing Hongfeng electronic shenzhen Co Ltd in 7th Dec 2004 about infringing our patent right, and we won the case in the first stage. However, defendant of Xing Hongfeng Co Ltd is not satisfied with the judicial decision and appealed, but the high court ofGuangdong province rejected the appeal from them and remain original judgment. Therefore, this case lasted more than one year, but ended with a good result by our winning. |

1. stop infringing our patent and destroying all products and molds in stock immediately.
2. compensate for 300,000RMB to the accuser.
3. Assume all the charge related to this case including appeal and judgment.
