| A: Dreaming candle is a light controlled product and it is designed based on its dark working environment. In order to have more stable function during the quality guaranteed period, the red wax is needed which is a protective component to keep the candle from working when it touches the strong light. However the red wax just can be helpful before the candle is lit the first time. Then you need to store it well better in the color box. | |

| A: The battery life is over 72 hours. The best effect period is within 20 hours. Normally, the working time depends on the burning time of the candle. Different candle shape has different burning time; the scope is between 4 to 20 hours. | |

| A: Candle can be used for many times but you should store it very well by keeping them in the dark place better to put it into the color box. As the candle is a light controlled product. It will be easily to turn on and waste battery when it meets the strong light. | |

| Q6: Do you have DEMO candle? How to show the candle? How to judge the candle function is normal? | |
| A: Yes, we do. There are three methods to show the candle. (1) DEMO UNIT, it is a black function testing box. You also can see the changing color effect without burning candle. It depends on the exchange battery working. (2) Try me packing (gift packing), there is a red point on the top of the candle, press the pushbutton, it will touch off the work of the candle, the candle body will change the color promptly. The candle will stop changing color without press. (3) Key ring testing. Let the blue key aim at the red point, press it, the candle will turn on to working. | |
